UltaVPN provides virtual private network services that encrypt your internet connection and route it through our servers. We offer various subscription plans with different features, as described on our website.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use UltaVPN services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: hacking, fraud, distribution of malware, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise our servers or network; (b) use the service for sending unsolicited communications; (c) exceed reasonable bandwidth usage limits; (d) share your account with unauthorized users; (e) use the service to bypass geo-restrictions in violation of content provider terms.
Limitation of Liability
UltaVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
