We do not collect or store any information about your online activity, browsing history, connection timestamps, DNS queries, or IP addresses while connected to our VPN. We only collect minimal information necessary to provide our service, such as your email address (for account creation) and payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors).
How We Use Your Information
Your email is used solely for account-related communications such as password resets, payment receipts, and service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for internal analytics to improve our service.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of reactivation. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days. VPN session data is never logged or stored.
