How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact our support team at support@ultavpn.com or through our live chat. Include the email address used for your purchase and your order number (if available). We typically process refunds within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days, while PayPal and cryptocurrency refunds are usually instant.
Renewal Refunds
Automatic renewals can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge. To avoid being charged for renewal, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings before the renewal date.
Exceptions
Refunds are limited to one per customer. Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. For subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers or app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play), refunds must be processed through the respective platform.
