Copyright Infringement Notification

UltaVPN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have a policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material available on our services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent at dmca@ultavpn.com including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that has been removed; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake; and (d) your name, address, and telephone number.

Repeat Infringers

UltaVPN maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
